Form will not submit

Hi, I have set up a number of forms on a site. When I hit submit, it works perfectly for all forms but one. We have looked at it and compared it to the forms that work and can't see a difference. Subject Line Code Appearing

=?utf-7?Q?Sail Quote Request?=

Any ideas why this is happening?

The subject line should just be -- Sail Quote Request.

Where do I put CSS elements

I am new to this so please bare with me. I really, really need the cells to space out better... where do I go to change the CSS so that it does this?

My understanding is I edit a CSS file somewhere, make my class, and go back to the form and put the class in the appropriate location. But what CSS file am I editing? I can't find one that has the given classes in the user guide.

Hello, I just installed the FormMaster 1.5 on my DNN 337. I do not see the import/export under the action menu. All I see is the Manage Form option.

Form Action - POST

I'm using FormMaster V 1.5.4 on a DNN 3.3.5 site.
Instead of sending the form values by email or saving the values in a database, is it possible to POST the values to a specified URL? In HTML terms, I want to set the FORM ACTION to a given URL and set the METHOD to POST.

Field Already belongs to this Data Table

Hi

I know this is already covered here but I don't have access to my back end, and have to go through a change request process to have that change made. Is there a way of simply resetting the form data so I can change the field names myself and carry on with the form, which is way to long to start again with.I've tried just deleting the data but get the error message Error: Form Master Edit is currently unavailable." The only data currently sotred is test data, so I don't have a problem in deleting it all (from this form only.)

I am needing to set up a type of tracking number, is there a way to do this? A example would be 0311081915 (mmddyyhhmm that the form was submited)? I want this to be automatic.

How does the Form Master prevent users who have not registered on your site submiting a new response to a form you have created?

I have set it up per http://www.wikithanks.org/Home/tabid/169/Default.aspx (per the option at (Short Survey - 5 Questions) & it works a treat. After the user has responded to the survey they are effectively locked out - pretty neat really.

I am intrigued how the code/browser or whatever identifies the user who has submitted the response - could you please give me some insight how this is controlled in the background as it may influence how I decide to design future surveys.

error on downloading data

Form Master 01.05.03 DNN 4.5.5
I just started getting this error:
"A column named 'Please Indicate any areas of interest to volunteer write unsure if not decided yet' already belongs to this DataTable.

Please Use your Browser Back button to Return"

It happens when I try to download data in excel, csv, or tab.

If I try to view data, I get:

Value not changing in a Dropdownlist

Hiya, another question. I've tested my new form for a week and more and everything was ok till friday. I'm using the xsl template to send the form via email and i've noticed that for one particular field, the value wasn't changed whatever my choice. This field is a dropdownlist from a DNN Country list (France). I hope i'm clear enough. Have you seen this problem before?

1> In the email that is sent to the contact person, there are a couple of labels that are changing - for example: a textbox label "Name" - in the email comes as "Naime" - How can I fix this?

Link to page function - fails when using a custom submit button

Hello,

We are using form master successfully on other pages on our site.

Each form has a "thank-you" page and we can successfully redirect the user to that page by setting it in the "other settings" options on the module.

In our latest instance of the form, we've dropped in an imagebutton - but we cannot get any action to work with the button.

Onlywhen I remove the imagebutton and use the default link will the actions work.

Does the css tag overwrite the onclick action?

Upgrade from DNN3 to DNN4

I purchased Form Master 1.5 for DNN3 (FormMaster_DNN30_01.05.04.zip9/24/2006 9:58:05 AM) and my sites are now DNN4. Snowcovered offers me a 50% discount for upgrading to Form Master 1.5 for DNN3 Source, but not to Form Master 1.6 for DNN4. Do you offer a discount for this upgrade? If so, how do I get it?

Report Heading Font

Hello,

My client and I are both experiencing a black font against a navy background for the report headers. This makes it almost impossible to read.

When I look at the source is specifices "color:White" so I don't know why the font is black.

Is there any know fix for this?

I am wanting to pass a forms field along into the redirect page. How would I pass these form fields as tokens?
