When i edit a form it get the following error when i click on Messaging->Form Heading or Messaging->Form Thank You

If i click on Messaging->Auto responder or Messaging->Custom Template i get shorter version:

Unable to cast object of type 'System.Web.UI.ScriptManager' to type 'System.Web.UI.ScriptManager'.

The rest of the menus seem to work fine.

My setup is:

DNN 5.0.0
SQL 2008
SBS 2008

I don't see an export feature in the menu action. My DNN version is 05.00.01. Can you assist?

Error on submit

I am trying to set up a new form on a new portal . Whenever I submit, I get the following error message:

Transaction failed. The server response was: 5.7.1 : Sender address rejected: Access denied

The error persists whether saving to database or not, and whether adding a user or not.

Any ideas?

Comparing Numbers or Rounding

I have a form where the user wants to know how many hours someone has worked on a project but only in half hour increments. I could easily create a drop down box with values like 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, etc. but that could grow painfully long and I need to account for all possible values.

Is it possible with any of the validators or other tricks to do this check for me and only allow users to type in whole numbers or numbers that end in .5?

I have another work around in mind that is kind of weak so I thought I would check to see if there is something better I can try.

I am using FormMaster_2008_2.0.3_DNN-4.x-5.x_ENT_PA on a 5.0 dnn site and I want the information after someones submits their information to go into my clients Constant Contact e-mail marketing program. I have read it can be acomplish by using the silent post feature. Is there document on how to do this step by step.

Multi-step form

Hello!
Is it anyone how know how to make a form in several steps, for example, I want to fill in what industry you belong to, how many employees the company is in, how they heard about us in the first step when you then click on the next step should be completed their name, email, etc..

The final step will be to see what you filled out and you should be able to go back and change the form. When you are finished, then everything should be sent to the administrator and the user be registered and belong to a specific role.

Form Values - HELP!

Hello!

I have DNN 04.08.04.

Someone at my company left and I need to redirect the web inquiries to another person.

Our "Send to" directs a form value where a list of locations determines who the email is sent to. The problem is, I don't know how to change this list of values. How do I change the email address that correlates to a drop down list item???

I have a list of groups on a page, and want to find a way to have it where when a person chooses the group, a sign-up form appears (or you're redirected to a page with a sign-up form) that has the group they've selected pre-populated in it. Sure, I could create dozens of individual forms for each, but I have to think that there is a better way.

Here's what I'm talking about:

Sign up - Group 1
Sign up - Group 2
Sign up - Group 3
Sign up - Group 4
Sign up - Group 5

When you click "Sign up" you go to a form like this

Your Name
Your Email Address
Group Requested: GROUP XXX (determined by the selection above)
Submit Button

Any help would be appreciated.

I have been trying to figure out how to have my form sent to my address when I click the 'submit' button. I get an email but the email is blank and no information from the form is displayed. Can anyone help please?

I need to create a registration form where a parent enters their information and then needs to enter information for EACH of their children. I have no way of knowing how many children they have so I would like to present them with buttons at the bottom where they press "register another child" or "no more children to register" - I would need to capture and store the information for each. But how would I accomplish this - other approaches would be fine - I just can not figure out how to accomplish this.

A customer needs two emails with email@domain.no separated by semicolon. It's not working no emails are received. When trying two ".com" emails it's working.

Hello all,

My company has been using Form Master 2008 on their corporate site for sometime now. I have a question about the sending of data once a form is submitted. We have a contact us form on our website. This form is setup as a web-to-lead form for Salesforce. The form works fine, and we receive an email and the lead record is created in SF. The questions I have is all of the fields that SF needs to create a lead shows up on the email we receive. I know there is an option to exclude specific fields from form and data, but when I enable that option, Salesforce won't allow the lead record to be created because it is a required field for creating leads. Is there an option for excluding just from email, but the data is still submitted to Salesforce?

default classes

Is it possible to give a new Form automatically a default class? For example. StandardForm

I see that a textbox has a default class: NormalTextBox.

When I choose an other input type: submit button, dropdownlist,... the default class is still NormalTextBox.

Is this an issue?

For styling a form it's necessary to have default classes, because a customer doesn't know what will be the name of the class.

Survey spanning multiple pages

I need to make a form/survey that spans multiple "pages". I have 60 questions (6 sections of 10 questions each). I don't want all 60 questions on the same page, but i want them all in the same form.

At the bottom of each section i want to put in a NEXT button, which takes the user to the next section. On the final section the NEXT button will be replaced by a SUBMITT button.

Is this possible?
If so how do i go about doing it?
Do i need 6 separate pages in my website and then somehow link each survey section together?
Please provide some instructions.

validating 2 fields so that at least one has input enterd

I have a form with 2 file upload fields that I want to validate in such a way that one of the two fields must have a file.

I know how to make it validate each one independently, but I need it to take both fields into account for this particular validation. How can I get this done?

whether a separate dropdown box contains the selection "other"

If it does then i want to make sure the user enter in the textbox which has the compare validator on

Looks like it should do it based on values but can't see to get it to work

Hi,

Can I setup the a form where after a selection is made in one dropdownlist, I can update another dropdownlist based on the selection value? Like AJAX?

I've got a form with about 6 dropdowns that should narrow down as each dropdown preceeding it is choosen.
