Form Master allows for an Automated Response to be sent to the user when the form is submitted, by using the Auto Responder options on the Other Settings page. Enable the Auto Responder by checking the “Send Auto Responder Using” check box, selecting the Field Value to use for the users email address, and entering a Subject Line for the email. Auto Response Email Body text can contain any HTML suitable for email messaging. Any image URL need to be absolute URL in order for the image to show in the user’s email client. The email body is designed using the Messaging > Auto Responder menu option. The Auto Responder is not dependant on the state of any other options in Form Master, and can be sent in any configuration.  Screen Capture from Settings > Other Settings

Send Auto Responder Using: Enables sending an Auto Responder to the email address supplied by the user in the Field selected in #2 Dropdown List. This of course will always need to be an email address field Select the Field Value to use for the Email Address for the Auto Responder Email Auto Responder From Email: Specify the From email address for the Auto Responder. Auto Response Subject: Specify the subject line for the Auto Response Email. Auto Responder File Attachment: Optionally select a file to be attached to the Auto Response Email
