Maintenance and Minor version upgrades are always free for a current major version number
Major version upgrades follow these rules:
Purchased in the past 90 days of release: Free
Purchased 91 to 365 days prior to release: 50%
Greater than 365 days sequential Major version : 25%
Major Version Jump Greater than 365 days: 10%
1 Form Master 2008 PA can be installed on one DotNetNuke installation and used by any portal running on that installation.
2 Form Master 2008 Source can be installed on one DotNetNuke installation and used by any portal running on that installation. The Source may be modified in any way and used on One DotNetNuke Installation. If a Modified Version is to be used on another DotNetNuke Installation , another copy of the Source Version MUST be purchased. Source version includes the PA.
3 Form Master 2008 PA Enterprise can be installed on an unlimited number of DotNetNuke insallations and used by any portal running on those installations. Contact Us to purchase the Enterprise version
