I am new to this so please bare with me.  I really, really need the cells to space out better... where do I go to change the CSS so that it does this?

My understanding is I edit a CSS file somewhere, make my class, and go back to the form and put the class in the appropriate location.  But what CSS file am I editing?  I can't find one that has the given classes in the user guide.

Thank you.

Sorry it has taken a bit to get back to you, as I have been traveling.

There are several .css files included in a DNN page request. I prefer to put the class definitions in the /Portals[PORTAL#]/portal.css which can be edited in the "Portal Settings" page.

I figured it out... I got it working in the portal.css.  I was trying to find a css file specific to Form Master... but after a little searching realized the portal.css was the place to be.

Thanks.

Going to hijack this thread as I am having this probelm. Been trying for 2 hours now and am probably missing something very simple here.

I have put my .ccs in the following location on DNN 3.1.1 Portals/0/ is this the correct place? Also can I call my .css what ever I want and then name it Other Setting?

I am really confused and getting annoyed  so I am going to stop for the night and come back tomorrow

See this thread it may help:

The definition of your class is best placed in portal.css. The class name can be any thing you want. Creating /Portals/0/yourFileName.css will not work because it is not included in the HTML sent to the browser (right click on any text on your site and select "View Source" and seach for .css to see which files are included.

I've copied and pasted the sample classes into the portal.css file but there are no changes to the form.

Can you please help?

I look forward to hearing back from you shortly.

Kind Regards

Uzo
