When i upload this, i got the error like top..
Please tell me,,,What's wrong and what did i do worng?

This error message appered end of the module install.

did you unzip the package and upload the PA to the DNN server?

Form Master 1.5:
Please open the Archive. The distribution is NOT the PA and should not be uploaded

Of course i did...
and I did not see the form master relavant files in the destmodule on my site..

Help me..

I set up the forms  another DNN site using the form master. It worked well.
However this time... ;;;

I have done many forms using Form Master in the two DNN site on the same server, it works fine..

and i like your module..

I am going to try uninstall and reinstall the module..and then i will tell you again..

Hi steve...

I uninstalled the Form master module and reinstalled..but same thing happened..
One of our staff said, he deleted some of default modules we don't need in our DNN site this time...

Do you think it would be affect something or not?

It certainly would help if I knew what environment you were trying to install this in ya know versions and all that stuff
