Hi, I  use Form Master 1.5 for DNN 3.3.7 and I've tested a form before exporting it on the production site. Everything was ok when i tested but all the formatting had gone on the production site. I use custom css classes on my portal css but it doesn't seem to see them even after page refresh.

Do you have any idea?

Thanks

kd

I am sure you did this but did you copy your classes from your development portal.css to the production one?

Also there may be some values missing in the export which I overlooked. Check the form properties to verify the class names are all correct. The ones for each control like NormalTextBox etc. will be there as they are part of the form definition. The ones which may be missing are the Main Table Classname and the Table Class name.

Hi, thank you for your answer but I've actually checked it all : the portal.css, all the form properties and names ok, etc. The only think is that I don't use DNN css classes but my own : instead of SubHead, I use "corps" (in French) ou "titre" and I've noticed that it does take the SubHead but not mine (even if I copy them in the default.css)

Have you tried using View Source and looking at the code that Form Master Generates, to verify that the class names you want on the elements are being used.

I have looked at the code for Form Master for DNN3, and the only item that uses SubHead which cannot be changed is the Checkbox for the "Also Send me a Copy" feature.

Hi, I went to the page source (code) and I found my own classes, everything seemed ok. I haven't changed anything from the test to the production site and all the css were copied. The problem is that even if I create a new form, the custom css don't appear.

I've seen on the user guide that it uses css class like chklstMake or WidgetHeading. This is Form Master custom css. Where can I find the style sheet, it is probably possible to modify it.

What do you mean in a new form you cannot see the class names in the page source?

The Class Names shown in the Guide and used in the Sample Forms are placed in portal.css. This is my suggested location, but they really can go in any CSS file which is sent to the Browser by DotNetNuke.

Hi Steve, thanks you for your responses, it has worked well. I squppose it was just a question of portal cache. Thanks anyway
