Would anyone know why the file link drops the domain [http:///DesktopModules/Code5Systems_FormMaster/Render.aspx?FileDataId=6938] when it tries to open the file from the html formated email? The link looks valid, and it is checked to save to the database. I suspect the problem is on his end, because I can open the file when I use the very same form, just not him from his computer. This is the only client out of about 50 that this form is placed into that is behaving this way. Any help is appreciated. I browsed the forums for a similar problem, but found no leads.

Thanks a bunch!
Cynthia

Steve,
This issue continues to be un-resolved..... I am about ready to create an entire new website for this guy, cuz I can't get a lead as to why this is happening.

He has been able to log into several different websites, not his own, but as admin, and was able to receive a properly formatted url string, including his domain... it didn't drop out.

Any ideas?

Hi Cynthia,

Please go to SnowCovered --> Patches and Hotfixes and download version 1.5.7,
It will fix the problem and the new records entered will show with domain name.

Thanks & Regards,
Sujay
