Hello, Just recently, this error message appears from forms on our website when a user goes to make a submission. Any help, would be appreciated!

Sorry for the late reply. We have had some configuration problems with the Forum. "SendUsing" refers to the field name which will be used to get the email address to be used as the SEND TO: address. Check your "Send To:" settings.
