Is there any way to set up a form that spans more than one page?  I need to create a step through process that would have some basic information that the user fills out submits, and then that takes them to a list of questions.

Form Master is not designed and does not support multi-page forms outside of redirecting users after submission to another page which could have another form on it. The data collected though would not be related in any way in the reporting, and would have to be handled as separate entities.

Is this something you are considering for the next version?  Also, we have a situation with a form with 26 questions.  Presently, we are using TR tags to create some spacing.  But the table designer only goes to 50 rows total.  Do you have any recommendations on creating spacing between TR tags...A CSS solution?  Would you think that be in the labels or in the table definition itself?

I won't be doing a Work Flow for quite some time.

there have been 200 Rows available in the module for quite a number of versions now. You may want to check your Patches and Hotfixes on Snowcovered.com

Check here form some Formattting Tips.
