We're having issues with the notification emails sent out when a user submits a form which we created using Form Master.
gmail allows the emails ok, but most other accounts are catching the emails as spam.

We've tried various subject lines and 'from' addresses, neither of which seem to help.

Are there any known issues with the default email template causing this problem?

Nope never heard of any from the > 1000 modules sold, based on contend. Some have been flagged because the sender and recipient were the same.
