It seems as everything in well configured, but I get a "Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: No such user here" when I submit. If I check the CC Me then the error message is "Unable to send to all recipients."

DNN: 04.03.04

Any idea?

TIA

The response from the SMTP Server is just what it says. The email address does not exist on the server. When you add the CC Me, the message is telling you that it could not send to one of the email addresses, presumably the one in the first test.

1000's of these module have been sold, and everytime this issue comes up it is a problem with the email settings or the email address.

Check everything 5 times over. Copy and paste the sending email address into Outlook Express or whatever you use to send email and send it there.

Which email settings do I have to check? SMTP settings in host section are allright, they pass the test and the portal sends every notification with no problem. Does Form Master use any other email settings?

TIA

I don't think I advised to change your SMTP settings on the Host Settings page since you already stated that they worked.

What I did say wast to check to see it the recipient ( the email address you are sending to) is valid.

Form Master useds the same exact code which is used by the Host Settings SMTP test link.

If you want to give me edit access to the module I will get it working by putting my email address in the TO: field. Send login info to steve at this domain.
