I have two questions. So first let me explain what I my circumstances are. We want customers to sign up for my companies betas, and Form Master is a great product for that. However I'm running into two issues. First, when a customer signs up they have a drop-down list of products that they can choose from. However when I recieve the email for the beta request the email has the first product name in the email, despite if you sign up for another product. Is there an default setting thats picking the first drop down item as the default content for all emails? If so were is it so that I can change that, so when they pick a product that is what is in the content of the email. Secondly, and this could be tied to my first question. Our form is set up something like this. Select a product (drop down list) Big long EULA Then a agree or do not agree option Then sumbit. Likewise the email comes in the same format. If its possible I would like to change it so it could look something like this Product. Name Company, Email ETC (all there info is stored in our database) Is this possible? We had a simular outlook when we had DNN 2 (I'm no sure what version of form master we had) Thank you in advance for you help - Jared

1. Best if you do an export of the Form and send it to steve at this domain. sounds like you have a duplicat value in the list

2. I am a bit unclear as to your needs on the second item. The email formatting is very flexible if you know XSL Transformations. Attached is an example of how to do that.

Thanks for the respsone.

Ya, we ended up having to put duplicate emails into the value areas. Where the first one has to be unique and the second one is my email ( so I can get all the requests). Any reason why that has to be done?

Sadly my XSL skills are limited at best, but thanks for your example, I'll see what ideas I can pull from that for my custom email.

The HTML Specificaton. The browser sends the Selected Value to the Web Server. When the Server processes the request it looks for that Value in the Option list for the Dropdown List. When if finds a match it uses that Option Text/Value Pair. If there are more than one, first one wins.
