DNN v 4.4.1 and Form Master version 1.5: I have two fields that accept pdf or word documents as an upload. When two word documents are uploaded, only one is available from the file download, the other is seen in the file manager, but cannot be opened. When a pdf is uploaded, it is always corrupted with an error message from Adobe: "Cannot extract the embedded font 'HHJPGL+TimesNewRoman,Bold. Some characters may not display correctly." Actually none of the characters display correctly. Any idea what is happening here?

As to the corruption. If you have commpression turned on, try turning it off in Host settings and see if that changes anything.

I have sent along the export. Compression is turned off in Host Settings.
