When I try to view documents uploaded thrpugh the form I am getting access denied.  The DNN version is 04.03.07.  The page is the render.aspx page inside the desktop modules folder.  This is happening every time.  Please advise.

You either have to:

1. Be already logged in as a user who can edit the module before clicking the link in the email or
2. Check "Allow Anonymous Downloads" in "Other Options"

Actually I have discovered the problem.  THe link within the files menu goes to my fully relative site path. www.rankenjordan.org.  However the link in the report table replaces the .org with a .com.  Nowhere in either my site or host settings does .com exist.  In the link to the doc in the conf e-mail it does the same thing.

Please advise as soon as possible
