I am running DNN 4.5.2 and form master 01.05.05... I get this error when trying to edit the form...

I just Installed 4.5.2, since it was around for such a short period, I had 4.5.3 instead. I also installed 1.5.5 and did the patch. I do not get any error like this.

Could you please describe the life cycle of this DNN installation. Is it new or an upgrade from preveous versions. Form Master is running on probably 100's of 4.5.x this is the first I have heard of this.

Do you have access to the server or is this a virtual server?

It is a new install of both... the form was working then stopped. The full install is not longer than a couple of weeks.

It is a hosted server. I do not have os level access but have ftp and control panel. And yes this is  first for me too...

I have not been able to duplicate this error and have had no reports of anybody else with the same issue.

Any resolution on your end.

I think we will chalk it up to the ghosts of 4.5.2. I installed 4.5.3.... like magic... it works..

Thank you for your help.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I don't like un-resolved support issues.
