Form Master version 1.6.4
DNN version 4.8.0

When selecting the "send HTML formatted Email" option the emails are either blocked by my ISP spam blocker or sent to the Junk Email folder of Outlook 2007.

The spam blocker reports that the HTML email has no HTML header. I put HTML headers and footers in the template which seemed to get around the spam blocker. However, emails are then put in the Junk Email folder.

Text only emails have no problem.

I would like to use HTML emails but cannot until this problem is resolved as I cannot guarantee the users will receive the email.

Any ideas what might be wrong here?

Is there any way Form Master can send both text and HTML emails in case a user has HTML switched off in their email client?
