I may be loooking at this wrong, but I thought this forms package would be the answer to creating a form on my DNN Intranet with values I could then send in a URL to my Google Mini to search a documents library.  It didn't seem I can put a simple form on a DNN page, would have to use a module.  I can't figure out, however, how to send values from my simple form, togehtr with some additional default values, off to my Mini and pop up the results of the search in a new page.
