Form Master 1.6

I created a new page in DNN and chose the option to copy from another page that has a Form Master module in the content pane.  Then I chose the New radio option button expecting a new instance of the Form Master module to be installed on the new page.  A new Form Master module was created in the new page but it also replaced the form in the Original page. Yikes!

The original form is still in the DB, but, how do I get a form to display the original form content again?

This issue has resolved itself.  For some reason when I refreshed the page the new Form Master module was still in the original page.
When I navigated from another location to the original page the proper module was present.   Not sure what the problem was here.  Just glad I didn't loose that first form.
