I have a form with 3 fields:
Category      Item      Type

Category is a drop-down populated from a database table. 

When user selects a Category, I want to populate Item (which is also a drop-down) with the values from the table records corresponding to that Category. 

Then when the user selects the item, I want to populate Type (which is a simple text field) with the value from the table record corresponding to that Item.

Not clear how to do this in Form Master ... please advise.  (Have Form Master 1.6)
