Hello, I'm on DNN 4.09.01 and Form Master 1.06.01. I have an eNews signup that asks just for the user's email address, then goes to a page with an extended form that asks for additional info.

The settings Save to Database is checked but there are no usable records in the reports. Here's an example of the data that is captured from the first part of the form (ie, just the email address), the remaining form has no records at all:

64,"12/14/2008 1:25 PM","Unauthenticated User IP: 66.180.127.78"

65,"12/14/2008 8:17 PM","SuperUser Account,,,,,,,UID: host,IP: 66.180.127.78"

Any help is appreciated!
