I need to have 3 options for service type in a dropdown box and 3 payment types which would then autofill a text box with a vaule based on the option and payment, so there are 9 combinations

option1    payment 1 month
option2    payment 6 months                         total price text box
option3    payment 12 months

Form Master does not support conditional field population. This may be able to be done with JavaScript but is beyond support. You can check the link below as some users have done some field calculations with examples.
