Hello,

I currently own two licenses for FormMaster 2008, and plan to buy a third. I am working on a DNN development site currently housed on a third-party host. Eventually I will move this site to a corporate server, and the site will be given a new domain name.

My question is: can I move the FormMaster 2008 license I buy for my development site to my production site, as long as I shut my development site down? Or should I plan to buy two licenses, one for the dev site and one for the production site?

I'm not sure how the FormMaster licensing machinery works - i.e. some other modules I have bought were locked to a particular domain name once they were installed, but FormMaster didn't seem to ask for a license key # upon install.

Thanks very much - this module has saved me dozens of hours of work.

Form Master is Not tied to a domain at this time so you can move it as needed.

Unfortunatly for our customers, we have discovered quite a bit of theft of Form Master and the next version will be locked with some registration scheme.

Thanks for caring about licensing.

I was wandering something similar. We are planning to buy the module, and I would like to know the limitations in terms of licensing to use a purchased module over different dnn installations.

Let me know.

Best Regards.

You need to purchase a copy of Form Master for each DotNetNuke Application. All Portals can use the module in each Application
