I am using Form Master 2008 2.0.3 on multiple product pages in a non-ecommerce site. Is there a way to identify which page of the product pages that the site visitor used to submit the RFQ form. This site has over 100 product pages and we would like to know which of these pages that the form was filled out on.

You create a hidden field with the name of your choice
Select the Auto Fill type of Field Query
In the "Auto Fill Value" field enter ":TabName" without the quotes

Under "Field Query Options" enter the below SQL statement in the "SQL Query" textbox

Select TabName From Tabs Where TabID = #URL:TabId#

Hit Update.

When the form is posted one of the fields in the Database and email will be the page name the form was on.
