We have Form Master 2008 running on a DNN 4.9.3 site. When we log in, go to Form Master settings -> Report -> View (data) -> and click on the Edit link next to a submitted entry, the form shows up, without any data to edit. There are no JS errors, and no errors in the event viewer. Any ideas?

Yes. You may be running an older version of Form Master 2008 The current version is 2.0.8 which can be downloaded on Snowcovered.com patches and hotfixes
