I need to create a registration form where a parent enters their information and then needs to enter information for EACH of their children. I have no way of knowing how many children they have so I would like to present them with buttons at the bottom where they press "register another child" or "no more children to register"  - I would need to capture and store the information for each.  But how would I accomplish this - other approaches would be fine - I just can not figure out how to accomplish this.

Form Master does not support the conditional branching where a user would indicate they are done or need to enter more information. You could use some messaging in the Thank You message by providing a link to a second form where the user could input additional information. In the Thank You message of the second form you could present the same question and just have a link to the same second form for additional information. The reason why I use a seccond form is so the second form could use a value from the first form passed by a Session Variable which could act as a Foreign Key field if that were needed.

If this seems like a workable solution for you I could expand further on setup
