I have DNN 04.08.04.

Someone at my company left and I need to redirect the web inquiries to another person. 

Our "Send to" directs a form value where a list of locations determines who the email is sent to.  The problem is, I don't know how to change this list of values.  How do I change the email address that correlates to a drop down list item???

You should be able to modify the Value part of the dropdown by editing the field and changing the item in the List Items setion of the Input Control Page
