I am testing out the 15 day trial and I want to build a form and allow multiple attachments to the form before submitting. Can this be done and how?
Thanks

Hal,
First thanks for considering Form Master.
By multiple attachment do you mean multiple Upload fields or multiple attachments to the Auto Responder. If the former than yes you can have multiple upload fields and all can be attached to the email. If Auto Responder then no, only one attachment can be placed on that email.

I want to have a form that is based on a table/s that I create. For example let's say the form has the following fields: name, address, city, state, zip. In addition to the fields, I want to attach one or many files (images, .pdfs etc.) to this record when I save it. When I query this record I would expect to see the attached files. This would be a multifile upload capability and the number of files is dynamic. I would never know how many potential files would get uploaded so it would have to support one or many. I don't care if the uploade files get stored in the database or on a file system at this point.
Thanks

Hal,
All can be done except having a variable number of upload field dynamically generated as users need them. Form Master only supports a fixed number of fields. Another issue to deal with is the combined size of all the uploads would need to be less than the configured value for the maxRequestLength in the web.config.
