I would like the ability to add a "Help Text" for each fields. In my situation I know a lot of people needs more information about each form fields.

Form Master 1.5.4 for DNN3 includes a Label control which you can add above the cell and do any HTML you would like. You can use the "Hide Label" checkbox on the fields to suppress the field name.
