I would like the ability to have a "hidden" input type.

In my situation I have people submitting private information in the form.  I want this information to only be viewed by appropriate roles on the web site (save to database).  I also want to notify admin personel when a form has been posted - without placing any private information in the email.

I could use an Autoresponder to do this and then select the "hidden" form input - which would hold the admin email address.

Does anyone know of a way to have a "hidden" input with the current version?

I could also construct my own XSL emailing template, but I'd rather not take this on right now.

Thanks,
Wylie

There is now hidden field of course, but you have two options,

1. Use the Text based Templates instead of the XSL modify ITEM.HTM OR ITEM.TXT and take out the [QUESTION], and [ANSWER] tokens.

2. Use the autoresponder like you stated put a textbox on the form with a default value with a hidden label. In the Class field for the control define a class line txtHidden and put it in your portal.css display:none use this field for the Autoresponder email
