Error Message:  Transport Failed to connect to server

Description:
Basically the form will display fine, but when someone hits "Submit", there is a significant delay and the message comes back saying: "The transport failed to connect to the server."

Reslolution:
This message means that your server Form Master module or otherwise cannot connect to the SMTP mail server specified in the Host Settings page under SMTP settings.

Make sure you can connect on the Host Settings page using the test connection function and that your DNN installation can send you a password reminder.
