Now that I've got the forms set up I'd like to give simple access to just the data that is coming in.  Is there a way I can set up a user/role to view the report function but not have access to any of the other admin functionality in that module?

For now I'm having an automated email sent with a direct link to the report page (but all the other management options in the menu are still there ... since I've had to give the user admin rights on that module).

If I'd bought the source package I'd just strip the report function into a separate 'view' module.  Might be forced into that depending on your answer.
:)

Thanks,
Brian

in DesktopModules\Code5Systems_FormMaster\assets\xml open DispatchMenu.xml

In the roles node where you do not want non-Admin users to have access change "All" to "Admin"

These are not DotNetNuke roles at all the only options here are

All
Admin
SU

Great thanks!

What about the web service account? Will this have any sort of affect on its access? Does any (ie 'All') dnn role have access or need it be admin?... ah, I see it has to be admin.

Thanks for the help!
