Installing Form Master 2008

BACKUP YOUR DATABASE!!!

BACKUP YOUR FILES!!!

BEFORE INSTALLING ANY MODULE!!!

********************** IMPORTANT *******************************************
If you have modified the default TokenIzed or XSL templates, please
backup these files prior to installing the module, then replace them
after installation is complete.

  1. Unzip the file FormMaster_DNN4_02.XX.XX_UNZIP_ME.zip or FormMaster_DNN4_02.XX.XX_SRC.zip
  2. Included in the file is FormMaster_DNN4_02.XX.XX_PA.zip
  3. Login as host
  4. Under the host menu select Module Definitions
  5. Hover over the Module Definitions Action Menu, select Upload New Module
  6. Click the Browse button and find FormMaster_DNN4_02.XX.XX_PA.zip
  7. Click Add
  8. After the file is done uploading click Upload New File
  9. On the results page check that there were no errors installing the module
  10. You are done

As always it is recomended that you install into a test environment
similar to your production environment, and of course backup all
data and disk files before installing or upgrading any module in test
or production.

DO NOT DELETE ANY PREVIOUS VERSION OF FORM MASTER
Data loss will occur if the module is deleted
